Our collections

Every collection is a fixed bundle of pre-filled candles, no counting, no surprises. Candles come in crates of 15, so collections are in multiples of 15. Table candles are a mix of 20cm and 25cm, in premium clear glass cylinders.

Crates fit a hatchback (up to 6 table crates) or an SUV (up to 8). Vehicles must be fully enclosed, so utes aren't suitable.

Set up

Place the wick in the centre, about a centimetre above the wax, and light it. For LED, just switch on and drop it in.

Enjoy

A steady, soft flame for up to 16 hours. Keep them upright and on a flat surface.

Pack down

Blow each candle out, leave it to set, then place it back in the crate.

The golden rule: after blowing a candle out, leave it ten minutes before it goes back in the crate. Moving the wax while it's warm is the one thing that can affect your bond, so we make it easy to get right.

It's hire. You collect a beautiful set of our premium candles, use them for your event, and return them. We own them, refill them, clean them and reset them every time, so you get the high-end look without buying, storing or maintaining a single candle.
Weddings, engagements, milestone birthdays like 18ths and 21sts, baby showers, corporate events and styled shoots, anywhere across Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast that wants a high-end candlelit look. Planners and stylists are very welcome, and we make repeat hires easy.
Use the planner above, or as a guide: round tables look beautiful with 3 candles for a classic look, 5 for a fuller look, or 7 for a luxe look. Long tables suit roughly 1 candle per guest, and a bridal table shines with about 3 per seat. Our concierge can work it out for you in seconds, just tell it your table count.
Your candles arrive pre-filled in crates of 15, each a clear glass cylinder with white sand wax already poured in, plus the wicks and a lighter, so you have everything you need. Table candles are a mix of 20cm and 25cm, and floor candles stand 30 to 50cm tall.
It's all online and takes about two minutes. You choose your collection, date and pickup point, pay in full to confirm, and you're booked instantly. A refundable $150 bond is taken with your booking and comes straight back once your crates are returned and checked.
From Chermside in Brisbane or Maroochy River on the Sunshine Coast. You choose your point when you book and we confirm the full address. Standard collection is Friday and return is Monday, so you have the whole weekend. Need a different day? Just ask and we'll do our best.
We're collection only, which is part of what keeps the price so good. Our two pickup points cover Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast, and the candles travel safely in their crates. You'll just need a fully enclosed vehicle, so no utes.
They could not be simpler. Place the wick about a centimetre above the wax, light it with the lighter we include, and enjoy a soft, real flame for up to 16 hours. For LED, you just switch it on and drop it in. They're for indoor use, and water will damage the wax, so keep them dry.
We've tested ours burning beautifully for up to 16 hours, so they'll easily see you through getting-ready photos, the ceremony and a long reception into the night.

No problem. We include free LED tealights that sit inside the same glass vessels, for the same look without a flame. They do need to be requested ahead of time, so just choose LED when you book and we'll pack them ready.
Not at all. On the night, blow each candle out, leave it to set for ten minutes (our golden rule), and pop it back in the crate. That's it. We handle every bit of the cleaning, refilling and resetting.
A refundable $150 bond is taken at booking and returned once your crates are back and checked. With a little care, breakages are rare, but if one happens it's $12 for a glass vessel and $20 for a missing candle, taken from the bond. Normal wax burn-down is expected and never charged.
Yes. We'll happily adjust your booking where availability allows, just get in touch. If you need to cancel, more than 14 days before collection your hire fee is refunded less a $50 admin fee, and within 14 days the hire fee isn't refundable. Your bond is always returned in full.
You can book up to 12 months ahead, with a minimum of 7 days before collection. Weekend dates fill quickly, so the earlier you lock yours in, the better.
Crates are 60 x 40 x 22cm. A hatchback fits up to 6 table crates, an SUV up to 8. Floor candle crates can't be stacked. Your vehicle just needs to be fully enclosed, so utes aren't suitable.
